Per savaitgalį Vilniuje du neblaivūs vairuotojai bandė „atsilyginti“
gruodžio 30, 2013

Gruodžio 28 ir 29 dienomis net 2 kartus bandyta papirkti Vilniaus apskrities vyriausiojo policijos komisariato Kelių policijos valdybos Kelių patrulių rinktinės pareigūnus.

Papirkinėtojams drąsos suteikė alkoholis - abiem atvejais vairuotojai buvo neblaivūs. Vairuotojai R.S. (gim. 1968 m.) - 1.93 prom. ir Z.V. (gim. 1976 m.) - 2.80 prom., siekdami išvengti atsakomybės ir nepaisydami pareigūnų įspėjimų apie gresiančią atsakomybę, bandė papirkti policijos pareigūnus. Pareigūnai nesusigundė pasiūlytais pinigais (200 lt. ir 380 lt.) ir pažeidėjams surašė protokolus. Vairuotojai dėl bandymo papirkti policijos pareigūnus buvo pristatyti į Vilniaus ap. VPK Vilniaus m. 2 -ąjį ir 3-ąjį policijos komisariatus.

Pradėti ikiteisminiai tyrimai pagal Lietuvos Respublikos baudžiamojo kodekso 227 str. (Papirkimas) Tas, kas siūlydamas, pažadėdamas duoti arba duodamas didesnės negu 250 MGL vertės kyšį arba tokius veiksmus padarė siekdamas neteisėtos paperkamo valstybės tarnautojo ar jam prilyginto asmens veikos vykdant įgaliojimus, gali būti nubaustas laisvės atėmimu iki ketverių metų.

Policija kviečia vairuotojus būti drausmingiems ir nebandyti papirkinėti pareigūnų.

Nu ne visai teisingai ,aš visad savo tuuitsrs vežu į Napoli,o ir pati dievinu šitą miestą, turiu ir draugų, viena gyvena prie pat Santa Liucia porto, po palme, kita šeima tiesiog via Reggia di Portici netoli stazione Circumvesuviana ant šaligatvio. Ir iš vis, kas nebuvo žemiau Romos, Neapoly, Casertoj,Eboli,Paestum,Agropoli ir dar žemiau tas nematė Italijos.O jau napulitani tai patys šauniausi ir jų kalba visai nebaisi,galima suprasti (manęs vis klausia ar negaunu ten į dūdą,nes kalbu bergamasca tarme,bet nei karto negavau). Aš vėl prisimenu tą atvejį, kai į dvrantiiinkų būrį Kalvarijų gatvėje įsirėžė kažkoks pacukas. Tąsyk filmuke puikiai matėsi, kad vengdamas susidūrimo su priekyje sustojusia mašina, gatvėmis balažin kokiu greičiu lėkęs dibilas nusprendė sukt į dvrantiiinkų koloną.
