Per tris savaitgalio dienas pradėta net 14 ikiteisminių tyrimų, kuomet policijos pareigūnams buvo siūlomi kyšiai.

Kyšiai buvo siūlomi įvairiuose miestuose bei rajonuose, siūlytų kyšių suma svyruoja nuo 50 litų iki 1000 eurų. Dažniausiai kyšiai buvo siūlomi už vairavimą neblaiviame stovyje.

Šiemet ir toliau daugėja atvejų, kuomet bandoma tartis su pareigūnais siūlant jiems kyšius. Per penkis šių metų mėnesius iš viso fiksuoti 344 atvejai, kuomet bandyta papirkti pareigūnus. Dėl visų įvykių pradėti ikiteisminiai tyrimai. Per 5 praėjusių metų mėnesius tokių atvejų buvo registruota 249.

Policija įspėja, kad žmonės nebandytų tartis ir papirkinėti pareigūnų. Kiekvienu atveju pradedamas ikiteisminis tyrimas, o LR baudžiamasis kodeksas už tokią nusikalstamą veiką numato griežtas sankcijas.
