Specialiųjų tyrimų tarnybos (STT) Šiaulių valdybos pareigūnai baigė ikiteisminį tyrimą baudžiamojoje byloje, kurioje įtarimai dėl piktnaudžiavimo tarnyba, dokumentų suklastojimo bei sukčiavimo pareikšti buvusiems Šiaulių m. VPK pareigūnams: viršininko pavaduotojui S.P. ir Viešosios policijos Patrulių rinktinės viršilai E.K.

Šioje byloje dokumentų suklastojimu ir sukčiavimu įtariami ir UAB „Jupojos statybinės medžiagos“ direktorius V.P. bei UAB „Jupojos statybinės medžiagos“ apsaugos darbuotojas A.P.

Įtariama, kad Šiaulių m. VPK viršininko pavaduotojas S.P., piktnaudžiaudamas tarnybine padėtimi ir veikdamas dėl V.P. interesų bei bendrininkaudamas su juo, nurodė Šiaulių m. VPK Viešosios policijos Patrulių rinktinės viršilai E.K. suklastoti dokumentus fiktyviai įforminant automobilio draudiminį eismo įvykį, kurį neva įvykdė A.P.

Pateikus šiuos suklastotus dokumentus, draudimo bendrovė į UAB „Jupojos statybinės medžiagos“ sąskaitą buvo pervedusi daugiau nei 12 000 Lt dydžio draudiminę išmoką.

Ikiteisminiam tyrimui vadovavo ir kaltinamąjį aktą surašė Šiaulių apygardos prokuratūros Organizuotų nusikaltimų ir korupcijos tyrimo skyriaus prokuroras.

Byla 2008-08-13 perduota Šiaulių m. apylinkės teismui.
