Kyšis: 2 250 litų – už atvykimą Spausdinti

Panevėžio apskrityje kyšius pareigūnams bruka Kelių eismo taisyklių pažeidėjai. Apskrityje pirmąkart kyšis duodamas dėl smurto artimoje aplinkoje.

Vasario 4 d. Panevėžio apskrities vyriausiojo policijos komisariato Kupiškio rajono policijos komisariato (Panevėžio aps. VPK Kupiškio r. PK) budėtojams paskambino 70-metė Kupiškio gyventoja ir paprašė pagalbos - namuose triukšmauja neblaivus 68-erių sutuoktinis. Atvykę patruliai ir policijos rėmėja buvo šokiruoti, kai neblaivus vyras pasipriešino pareigūnams ir už atvykimo paslaugas ant fotelio numetė 2 250 litų.

Policijos pareigūnai teigia, kad anksčiau dėl smurto šios šeimos aplinkoje panašių problemų nekildavę - moteris į policiją kreipėsi pirmą kartą.

Įtariamasis sulaikytas. Panevėžio apskr. VPK Kupiškio r. PK pradėtas ikiteisminis tyrimas pagal Lietuvos Respublikos baudžiamojo kodekso 227 straipsnio („Papirkimas") 1 dalį, numatančią laisvės apribojimą arba baudą, arba areštą, arba laisvės atėmimą iki dvejų metų, ir 145 straipsnio („Grasinimas nužudyti ar sunkiai sutrikdyti žmogaus sveikatą arba žmogaus terorizavimas") 1 dalį, numatančią viešuosius darbus arba baudą, arba laisvės apribojimą, arba areštą, arba laisvės atėmimą iki dvejų metų.
