Kyšininkavimu įtariami Varėnos pareigūnai bandė atsikratyti įkalčių Spausdinti

Sulaikyti Alytaus apskrities vyriausiojo policijos komisariato Varėnos rajono policijos komisariato (Varėnos r. PK) pareigūnai, įtariami kyšininkavimu.

 

Alytaus apskrities vyriausiojo policijos komisariato (Alytaus aps. VPK) Imuniteto poskyryje buvo gauta informacija, kad Varėnos r. PK Viešosios policijos skyriaus patrulių būrio patrulis A. B. kartu su bendrininkais už neteisėtą veikimą ar neveikimą vykdant įgaliojimus - už administracinio teisės pažeidimo protokolo nesurašymą dėl padaryto administracinės teisės pažeidimo iš teisės pažeidimą padariusių asmenų reikalauja ar provokuoja duoti kyšį ir jį priima.

Alytaus aps. VPK Imuniteto poskyrio pareigūnai kartu su kolegomis iš Kauno apskrities vyriausiojo policijos komisariato Imuniteto skyriaus tikrino gautą informaciją, kad vasario 27-osios vakare, apie 21 val., Varėnoje, ties Pramonės g., patruliai A. B. ir V. K., sustabdę transporto priemonę ir nustatę administracinio teisės pažeidimą, numatytą Lietuvos Respublikos administracinių teisės pažeidimų kodekso 1632 str. (akcizais apmokestinamų prekių gabenimas), už nustatyto teisės pažeidimo neįforminimą iš vairuotojo reikalavo ir paėmė kyšį - 450 litų ir 40 pakelių cigarečių „Fest" su Baltarusijos Respublikos banderolėmis.

Sulaikant teisės pažeidėjus, pastarieji bandė sprukti. Jie taip pat stengėsi atsikratyti kyšininkavimo įkalčių. Bėgdami nuo kolegų, patruliai iš automobilio išmetė pasisavintas baltarusiškas cigaretes ir pinigus.

Abu minėti Varėnos r. PK pareigūnai sulaikyti ir uždaryti į Alytaus aps. VPK Areštinę. Ikiteisminį tyrimą kuruoja Kauno apygardos prokuratūra.Alytaus aps. VPK Varėnos r. PK Viešosios policijos skyriaus patrulių būrio patrulis A. B., gimęs 1965 m. Vidaus tarnybos stažas 29 metai 1 mėnuo. Galiojančių nuobaudų neturi, skatintas 20 kartų.

Alytaus aps. VPK Varėnos r. PK Viešosios policijos skyriaus patrulių būrio patrulis V. K., 1974 m. Vidaus tarnybos stažas 19 metų 2 mėnesiai 13 dienų. Nuobaudų neturi, skatintas 9 kartus.
