Į kovą su korupcija įsijungs ir verslo atstovai

Tarpžinybinės komisijos kovai su korupcija koordinuoti nariais nuo šiol galės būti ir asocijuotų verslo organizacijų atstovai. Toks sprendimas buvo priimtas vykusiame Vyriausybės posėdyje.

„Numačius galimybę į šios komisijos narius įtraukti privataus verslo atstovus, bus stiprinamas viešojo ir privataus sektoriaus bendradarbiavimas bei sudarytos geresnės sąlygos verslininkams teikti siūlymus dėl strateginių kovos su korupcija klausimų“, - sako teisingumo ministras ir Tarpžinybinės komisijos kovai su korupcija koordinuoti pirmininkas Juozas Bernatonis.

Iki šiol šios komisijos nariais galėjo būti Vyriausybės, ministerijų, Generalinės prokuratūros, Specialiųjų tyrimų tarnybos, Valstybės saugumo departamento ir kitų institucijų atstovai.

Pagrindiniai šios komisijos uždaviniai yra koordinuoti Nacionalinės kovos su korupcija programos rengimą ir įgyvendinimą, kontroliuoti šios programos priemonių įgyvendinimą, svarstyti strateginius kovos su korupcija klausimus, tobulinti valstybės ir savivaldybių institucijų bei įstaigų veiklą korupcijos prevencijos ir korupcinių teisės pažeidimų išaiškinamumo srityse.

Šios komisijos asmeninę sudėtį tvirtina Ministras Pirmininkas.

Šių metų pavasarį Seimo patvirtintoje Nacionalinės kovos su korupcija 2015-2025 m. programoje numatyta didelį dėmesį skirti su korupcija privačiajame sektoriuje susijusioms problemoms spręsti. Šios programos strateginis tikslas yra didinti skaidrumą, atvirumą viešajame ir privačiame sektoriuose, kelti visuomenės antikorupcinį sąmoningumą ir pasiekti, kad Lietuva 2025 m. būtų viena iš skaidriausių Europos Sąjungos narių.
