Lietuvoje korupcija ir „šešėlis“ traukiasi
sausio 28, 2016

Lietuva 2015 metų tyrime pakilo per septynias vietas korupcijos suvokimo indekse. Dabar mūsų valstybei skiriama 32 vieta 168 šalių sąraše. Pernai Lietuva buvo 39 vietoje. Kaimyninė Latvija užima 40 vietą, Estija – 23, Lenkija – 30 vietą.

 

„Transparency International“ skelbiamas korupcijos suvokimo indeksas parodo, kaip valstybei pavyksta kontroliuoti korupciją. Aukštėjanti vieta atspindi Lietuvos pastangas veikiant korupcijos apraiškas.

Dabartinė Vyriausybė ėmėsi konkrečių žingsnių ir nesišvaisto skambiais šūkiais „ištrauksime milijardą iš šešėlio!“, – kaip tai žadėjo buvusi Vyriausybė. Garsiai pažadėjusi konservatorių-liberalų valdžia „neištraukė iš šešėlio“ nei pusės žadėtos sumos.

Dabartinei socialdemokratų vadovaujamai Vyriausybei pavyko šešėlinę ekonomiką Lietuvoje sumažinti 1,3 procento nuo BVP. Netgi tarptautiniai ekspertai (prof. Frydrichas Šnaideris) įvertino Lietuvos pastangas paskaičiavęs, kad iš šešėlio buvo ištraukta 480 milijonų eurų.

Premjero Algirdo Butkevičiaus Vyriausybei išsikėlus ambicingus kovos su „šešėliu“ tikslus buvo imtasi konkrečių neteisėtos ekonominės veiklos mažinimo priemonių. Akivaizdžios permainos kovoje su kontrabanda paspartėjo, kai Valstybinė mokesčių inspekcija, muitinė, teisėsaugos institucijos ir prokuratūra pradėjo glaudžiau bendradarbiauti, keistis informacija.

Lietuva 2015 metų tyrime pakilo per septynias vietas korupcijos suvokimo indekse. Dabar mūsų valstybei skiriama 32 vieta 168 šalių sąraše. Pernai Lietuva buvo 39 vietoje. Kaimyninė Latvija užima 40 vietą, Estija – 23, Lenkija – 30 vietą.

Dabartinė Vyriausybė ėmėsi konkrečių žingsnių ir nesišvaisto skambiais šūkiais „ištrauksime milijardą iš šešėlio!“, – kaip tai žadėjo buvusi Vyriausybė. Garsiai pažadėjusi konservatorių-liberalų valdžia „neištraukė iš šešėlio“ nei pusės žadėtos sumos.

Dabartinei socialdemokratų vadovaujamai Vyriausybei pavyko šešėlinę ekonomiką Lietuvoje sumažinti 1,3 procento nuo BVP. Netgi tarptautiniai ekspertai (prof. Frydrichas Šnaideris) įvertino Lietuvos pastangas paskaičiavęs, kad iš šešėlio buvo ištraukta 480 milijonų eurų.

Premjero Algirdo Butkevičiaus Vyriausybei išsikėlus ambicingus kovos su „šešėliu“ tikslus buvo imtasi konkrečių neteisėtos ekonominės veiklos mažinimo priemonių. Akivaizdžios permainos kovoje su kontrabanda paspartėjo, kai Valstybinė mokesčių inspekcija, muitinė, teisėsaugos institucijos ir prokuratūra pradėjo glaudžiau bendradarbiauti, keistis informacija.
